The Freemotion GENESIS DS™ GD500 Chest/Shoulder optimizes a facility’s floorspace by offering two exercise options in one machine. The Chest/Shoulder machine is built with an elegant design making transitioning to different exercises a breeze. Dual weight stacks and handles that move independently allow for single and alternating arm exercises while the swiveling pulleys provide fluid cable travel. Most pieces in the GENESIS DS line feature the option of an open design, making them wheelchair accessible and welcoming to users of all fitness

SPECIFY THE INTENSITY Whether rehabbing an injury or training opposing actions, each handle is tethered to its own weight stack to dial in the resistance.

ENCLOSED WEIGHT STACKS The weight stacks are enclosed to limit access to moving parts for safety.

EXTENSIVE CABLE TRAVEL Cable length allows for full flexion and extension. Single arm: 76 in / 193 cm, two arms: 38 in / 96.5 cm.

PADDED, CONTOURED SEAT The seat features contoured padding for a comfortable fit.

BUILT TO LAST Constructed with 11- and 7-gauge steel and electrostatically powder-coated, this machine is built to stand up to the rigors of the weight room.

KICK PLATES Large, 16-gauge, stainless steel kick plates protect the machine from wear and tear.
