The Bio-Arc Plated Loaded Glute Press is one of the most popular machines in the Bio-Arc line-up. With each repetition, the user’s entire body moves along a linear arc trajectory to optimize muscle recruitment. As a result, the Bio-Arc Glute Press allows for a full range of motion and greater muscle contraction during full extension (outperforming traditional fixed position equipment).
Additionally, the Bio-Arc Glute Press maintains hip angle/pelvic tilt to optimise muscle length throughout the entire extension motion. Please note: the Bio-Arc Glute Press comes equipped with a 200 lbs. weight stack; the weight lifted is the approximate combined user’s weight and weight selected.
