The TuffStuff Proformance Plus Abdominal Crunch (PPL-970) is a full commercial quality plate-loaded abdominal crunch. The machine’s unique design allows users to begin without any adjustments. With a 9-1/2” weight horn and 5-position swivel seat, the Abdominal Crunch enables users to target oblique muscles for full core development. The machine’s three-point rotation creates an ideal arcing motion for the torso, while simultaneously lifting the lower body upward.
