Active Mind Body Studio in Caringbah is a Pilates and Yoga Studio that also offers personal training. When they leased the premises, the rundown 340sqm space badly needed renovating and a completely new gym fit out. The design for the new studio included three large rooms with a dedicated 15-bed Reformer Pilates room, a dedicated Private and Semi Reformer room and a Yoga, Barre, Mat Pilates room. A brand new kitchen, secure lockers, showers and change rooms as well as two specialist therapy rooms.
Using 3D design for gyms
Gym Solutions designed the new layout using specialist 3D gym design software so the Active Mind Body could visualise the look and feel of the studio and experiment with different fixtures, finishes, and colours to find the perfect look for their new purpose built studio.
Gym Solutions took charge of the fitout from concept to install, including the rubber gym flooring, painting, bathroom, kitchen and even the artwork on the walls! Equipment supplied included 15 Peak Reformer Pilates beds, Aktiv Straps, cardio and strength equipment for the Personal Training Room, storage solutions, and all the Pilates and Yoga accessories.
