Shape Personal Training

Shape Personal Training in North Strathfield is a collaboration between two personal trainers, who are passionate about bringing results to their clients. We were just as passionate about getting the results they wanted for their new state-of-art gym. Starting with a blank canvas we used our 3D gym design software to create a vision for the gym they wanted. The brief was to utilise the existing space to offer personal training, Evolt Bio scan, Nutritional planning, Strength, Cardio, Yoga, Zumba, Boxercise, Juice bar, Kitchen area, Seminars and events. We also had to equip it with full barbell and dumbbell equipment, cardio equipment such as second hand exercise bikes, 2x full squat racks and 20+ weights machines from Activ Solutions, Precor and Technogym. Sounds easy doesn’t it!

In addition to providing the gym equipment, Gym Solutions project managed the whole design and install, from the gym flooring, right through to the bathrooms and office space. Working with key suppliers made the job easier, for the bathrooms, kitchen and office space we partnered with DEL Kitchens and Bathrooms. The total project took just under 2 months and the results speak for themselves.
