Please choose your purchases carefully as Gym Solutions does not offer a refund or change of mind policy.

Defective items will be inspected by Gym Solutions. If an item is deemed defective, Gym Solutions will repair, replacement or refund the purchase at our discretion.

Gym Solutions disclaim all liabilities and responsibilities for any loss or damage to equipment and any delays that may arise in the handling & transportation of equipment by third-party carrier or removalist companies.

Once the equipment has been dispatched from the Gym Solutions Warehouse, it is no longer the responsibility of Gym Solutions and becomes the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver the equipment intact and undamaged. Insurance options are available on all carrier services. Please speak to your sales assistant upon quoting carrier fees to include insurance if you wish to add this option.
