We’re Hiring Sales Representatives in Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales. These are full-time positions with a salary of $70K base, car allowance, plus commission

This role would suit a vibrant Club Manager or PT that are looking to further their career in the Fitness Industry. Gym Solutions, a leading provider of commercial gym equipment, is seeking highly motivated Sales and Business Development Managers to join our ever-growing team. This exciting opportunity involves spearheading sales efforts, promoting and selling our new and innovative commercial gym equipment to a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our client base in the your geographic area
  • Prospect and identify potential clients, commercial gyms, fitness centres, schools, corporate offices, hotels, apartments, and other business establishments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our equipment.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation of equipment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Attend all trade shows throughout the year that may occur in various locations across Australia.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales essential, preferably in the fitness industry, or you may have a passion for fitness.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Willingness to travel within your state territory needed.
  • Valid Australian driver’s license and access to own vehicle
  • Australian residency or valid work permit for full time work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint features
